Generally, the most common question asked by people is how we can lose weight, etc.

So here, are some tips to reduce weight

1. Get up early morning we should drink warm water,  and do some yoga and exercise like running etc.

Drink some warm water with half a lemon and some amount of honey, and we can drink some warm water with green tea.

We should eat our dinner before 7 O’clock, we can eat a heavy lunch but we should eat a light dinner.

2. Avoid junk and oily food not only for your weight lose but also for your health.

3. Eat healthy food it will give you the energy to do more exercises.

4. Eat boiled food.

5. Eat carbohydrates containing food and energy-giving food.

6. Avoid cigarettes and tobacco and other items that can affect your health.

7. And the most important thing is do not take stress and tension. Do not overthink about your weight lose, that how we will do this or how you can do these exercises just keep calm. Go outside and play some outdoor games like football, cricket etc.

8. Sometimes we cannot sleep properly because of stress about our weight lose but we have to remember one thing by taking stress we are just reducing our concentration level. We have to concentrate on solutions not on problems.

9. Do cardiovascular exercises like running, jumping etc.

10. Sometimes you have to make your mindset strong some people continue with their mindset but some are there who quit in the middle the thing that contains a winner and a loser is a mindset so make a strong mindset and be dedicated to that.

11. Diet is the most important thing that plays a vital role in our weight lose journey. Make a diet chart and avoid junk food from it, including healthy food, nutrition, vitamins, etc . which gives you the energy to stay fit and fine.
