Recipe:

First of all, take rice paper and place it on a plate and wet it by adding a tablespoon of water, then keep it on another plate and roll it and cut it in the shape of pasta.

Then take a pan and put oil in it, then add garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and sesame seeds and sort it for a while and then add water and let it come to a boil. Then add top ramen noodles to it and cook it.

Now add soy sauce, chili sauce and rice paper pasta to it. And let it boil.
