I said, nothing yar/buddy, there is so much work at home and I slept at 12am o’clock night and then whole day office work its my daily routine. I feel very tired the whole day.

I can’t remember how many times I neglected my diet, skipped my exercise routine, or sacrificed valuable hours of sleep to finish a work project. We all know that; we should stay healthy and fit but we haven’t.

2. Plan your meals and get a large Quantity of Healthy food: –

You must have a healthy breakfast by 9 in the morning. Take this habit forever. Then your whole day is going to be nimble.

When we are in hurry to go to work, then last minute we decide what we eat in breakfast and lunch and it will definitely be unhealthy food. To stay fit and healthy you should eat healthy food.

It is best to plan your meals in advance to avoid a last-minute decision.  It is best to plan your menu for the coming week, focusing on fast and easy cooking food.

Here I listed some easy and fast cooking food: –

  • yogurt, omelettes, fruit juice, or whole cereals at breakfast,
  • soup or broth at noon,
  • and stake or fish and veggies at dinner,
  • with nuts, fruits, salads, or cheese string as snacks between meals.

Cooking a nutritional meal will not only improve your health but also keep you away from diseases.

3. Find ways to Exercise at the workplace: –

If you exercise during the day, it will definitely bring improvement in your sports and office work and study.

If you have a very busy schedule as meetings, deals, etc because of this you do not have time for exercise or because of this you have also missed your exercise then you find ways to exercise at the workplace like You can prefer stairs instead of an elevator.

You can stand instead of sit. You can play in your lunchtime. If you listen to music through your house chores, you might find yourself dancing.
