What is your purpose? Create a mission statement. How can you contribute to the world? Do you do it for your children? Freedom? Security? Love? Country? If you are serious about making lasting, real changes in the world, define it.

3. Control Your Sudden Urges

The id is all-powerful. We all know this. Even though you know better, you still choose to eat at fast food restaurants even if it is healthier. It’s convenient, quick and delicious. Same goes for smoking, drinking, or any other matter. However, you cannot allow the id control you. It must be controlled. You won’t be able to control it.

It can be fatal to us to procrastinate. Tony Robbins calls this the silent killer. It is. You must defeat procrastination if you want to make a change in your life.
